A Tale of Two Booties, pt 2 *UPDATE*

Finally got in contact with Ren Boots again, and they sent me all the shipping information, arranged for the package pickup, and basically took care of every part of the hassle of sending the boots back.

As promised, Fed Ex came by yesterday to pick up the package (or it was stolen off my porch: Either way, the box was gone when I got home from work). Here’s hoping it won’t take too long to get back to the vendor so they can do whatever it is they’re planning to.

I have to give Ren Boots props, they really are doing everything they can to make this easy on me, and they seem genuinely sorry about my hassle and very concerned with making sure everything is made right.

THAT’s how you do business.
